ESIT VBF Valve Bag Filling System

The ESIT VBF is a valve-bag filling machine designed for filling powdered products such as cement, gypsum, grout, calcite, lime, plaster and similar fine powders into pre-formed valve bags. Air-fluidisation and impeller/auger feeding deliver clean, dust-controlled filling without spillage.

Configurations

• Single-spout (low/medium throughput lines)
• Multi-spout: 2, 4, 6 or 8 spouts (high-throughput cement plants)
• Stationary or rotary (carousel) versions for very high output

• 25 kg, 50 kg (most common cement/gypsum bags)
