Overview;

Esit CAD load cells have been developed to be used in industrial environments in high-capacity electronic weights and force measurement applications that work with the principle of shear force. With its perfect and robust structure, it shows high resistance to side loads and overloads.

Its stainless steel body is resistant to corrosion and is suitable for heavy industry and chemical environment conditions. High capacity vehicle scales, platform scales, tank weighing systems are used in process measurements.

The most important advantage of Esit CAD load cells over other brands of digital load cells is that they have an electronic protractor. Thus, during installation, it warns with colored LEDs so that the technician can perform proper installation. In addition, since each load cell can be seen separately on the indicator, fault detection is extremely easy.

The main mistakes in truck scale applications are; It consists of the slope of the weighbridge platform against the load and the temperature differences between summer and winter changing the length of the scale. In these two conditions, the load cells mounted perpendicular to the ground tilt away from their axis, so the scale may make inaccurate measurements. Thanks to the patented angle error correction technology in the Esit CAD load cell, the angle of deviation from the vertical axis is measured with the help of sensors, ensuring error-free weight measurement.

Esit CAD load cells are resistant to 80% more lateral loads than other load cells operating on the column principle. The main reason for the deterioration of load cells, especially in truck scales, is excessive lateral load on the load cells at the truck entrance and exit. Esit CAD is produced in both single-socket and double-socket (CAD-C) versions. In the single-socket version, the cables are collected in the junction box, while in the double-socket version, the cables start serially over the load cells. The cable coming out of the last load cell is connected to the weighing terminal.
