ESIT Data Logger Module

The ESIT Data Logger is an add-on module that records weight readings, batch totals and operator events from an ESIT weighing indicator (ECI / ART / PWI family) onto local storage. It is the right choice when records must be preserved independently of the supervisory PC — for traceability, audit and post-event analysis.

What is recorded

  • Net / gross / tare weight with timestamp
  • Batch start / end and per-component dosing weights
  • Operator and recipe ID
  • Alarm and error events (overload, motion, calibration change)
  • Configurable sample interval (per-batch, per-second, on-change)

Storage & export

  • Internal non-volatile memory
  • USB stick or SD card export (CSV)
  • Optional automatic upload via the ESIT Ethernet Cloud module
  • Tamper-evident log with sequential record numbering

Integration

  • Connects directly to ESIT ECI / ART weighing controllers
  • RS-232 / RS-485 serial input from third-party indicators with documented protocol
  • Time synchronisation via NTP (with Ethernet option)
